Housing Help Ontario assists people with finding their local Housing Helps as well as providing a range of housing reasources.

The Social Housing Registry of Ottawa is a central waiting list for people applying for rent-geared-to-income (RGI) housing. It was created by housing providers and community housing agencies working together to make it easier to apply for subsidized housing in Ottawa.

The City of Ottawa Housing Directory provides an overview of housing alternatives and related services in the city. This Directory is available at all City Service Centres, Public Libraries and at various community agencies including many of those identified in the section entitled Advocacy, Legal and Referral Services

The Alliance to End Homelessness is a broad-based community-led initiative aimed at ending homelessness in Ottawa. The Alliance to End Homelessness brings together community groups, individuals - including homeless persons, governments and the private and voluntary sectors to address the problems of homelessness in Ottawa-Carleton

CHRA is a national non-profit organization that promotes access to adequate, affordable housing for low- and modest-income households, and seeks to heighten awareness of affordable housing issues through research, advocacy, networking and communications.

CMHC is a Crown corporation and reports to Parliament through its Minister. CMHC's Mandate includes "housing affordability and choice"; its Corporate Objectives include (to) "Improve Housing Choice and Affordability for Canadians."

The Housing Network of Ontario is a network of anti-poverty activists, homelessness and social housing advocates, equity and human rights groups, non-profit organizations, tenants with lived experience of poverty and others who are working to ensure the provincial government delivers the integrated and fully-funded affordable housing strategy our communities need.
