Sahada Alolo is the Manager of Community Engagement and Volunteers at Multifaith Housing Initiative. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana with a major in English language and comparative religious studies, a Masters degree in human service specializing in Non-profit management, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Creighton University. Sahada is also a board member of the Ottawa Muslim Women’s Organization and participates in interfaith dialogue through the Christian Muslim Dialogue. At MHI, Sahada serves as a liaison between MHI and the over 70 different faith communities that are members of MHI. She conducts targeted outreach to faith communities to garner support for MHI’s efforts in providing affordable housing in Ottawa. Sahada also recruits, trains and coordinates volunteer activities at MHI.
