about the challenge

The idea behind the #WeSaluteYourService Challenge for Veterans' House is simple!

1. Choose a person/group whose military service you want to recognize.
2. Make a donation to Veterans' House if you can.
3. Post a video on social media that honours your chosen veteran(s). Don't forget to use the hashtag #WeSaluteYourService, incorporate the official challenge text if you can, and tag someone to take on the challenge next.

Remember: If you don't want to record a video for social media, you can just post a picture or write a text post. Read our Frequently Asked Questions to learn more!

donations doubled until the end of 2020

Did you know that Commissionaires Ottawa will match all public donations received by MHI in support of Veterans' House up to $150,000 until Dec. 31, 2020? That means until the end of 2020, any donation you make will be doubled!
