Annual general meeting 2026 for the 2025 year

The in-person Annual General Meeting of Multifaith Housing Initiative 2026 is scheduled for Sunday February 8th at First Baptist Church, 140 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, ON K1P 5J4. There is no need for any guests to register in advance, just arrive at 1:30 pm on Sunday February 8th, 2026 to complete your registration before the meeting begins. The AGM will not be livestreamed and there is no option to participate remotely.
Registration: 1:30 pm Meeting: 2:00 pm Reception: 3:00 - 4:00 pm Voting Members: If you are your faith group's official MHI delegate, you must attend to vote. Often times, several people from each faith group or congregation attend MHI's AGM (the more the merrier!) however please appoint one person to be your designated voting member. |

A photographer will be on-site taking photos for MHI's communications and marketing material.
Parking
Parking will be limited due to Winterlude. We suggest that you carpool, take public transportation, or underground parking at Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Ave W. and at 150 Elgin Street.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Outdoor Annual General Meeting at Vincent Massey Park! The miserable weather didn't deter our ever-supportive members, who arrived at Vincent Massey Park in the drizzle on September 13, 2020 armed with umbrellas, lawn chairs, rain gear, face masks, and – most impressively – unwavering good spirits!
