Become a member of MHI
We wish to express our profound gratitude to our members for your ongoing support of Multifaith Housing Initiative (MHI). With your assistance, and the support of over 70 faith communities, MHI continues to provide affordable housing to people in need. Our tenants’ lives are better today because you helped make a difference.
It is an exciting time to join as MHI is experiencing exponential growth. In addition to our existing four housing communities, we are gearing up to break ground on two more housing projects: Dream at LeBreton Flats and The Anchor, redeveloping the existing site at Julian of Norwich. Both projects see approximately 205 families placed in safe, permanent housing owned and operated by MHI. There are about 10,000 families on the Ottawa Housing Registry waiting for affordable housing to become available. You can help these families today by supporting MHI’s affordable housing initiatives to help end homelessness.
Membership fee is $100/year and will provide you with many rewarding opportunities to become involved with an organization that has a housing model that works.
Benefits of Membership to MHI
Some faith groups generously contribute an additional donation to MHI at the time of their renewal. If you'd like to make a donation, please simply add the amount to your cheque and follow instructions on the form. You can find our mailing address on our contact page. Please contact us via phone if you need to pay your membership by credit card or email money transfer to [email protected]
